User Agreement

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the Website (hereinafter - the Website), by filling in the fields of the forms "Become a supplier of Geoprominvest", "Become a part of Geoprominvest".

User:

• Confirms that all the data he has provided is his own;
• Acknowledges and acknowledges that he/she has carefully and fully read this 
• The agreement and the terms of processing of his personal data that he indicates in the fields of the forms, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to him;
• Gives his consent to the processing by the Site of personal data provided as part of the information for the purposes of conclusion of this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• Consents to receive newsletters, alerts;
• Expresses consent to the terms and conditions of personal data processing.

The User gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely the performance of the actions stipulated in p. 3 para. 3 ч. 1, Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

The present consent of the User is recognized as executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data:

- last name, first name, middle name;

- e-mail address;

- date of birth,

- contact number.

The User grants the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents; use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the administration of the site with the data specified in Art. 14 of the Law "On Personal Data". 14 of the Personal Data Act.

The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.

The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new edition of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.
